3/26/2018 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MARCH 26, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell presented the Board with the Ellensburg School <br />District Memorandum of Understanding. He explained that it calls for <br />his signature but that can be changed and if the County signs off on <br />the MOU it’s just two (Board of Health also) signatures that need to <br />be obtained of the 42 needed in support of an “enhancement and <br />expansion of treatment and recovery services for adolescents, <br />transitional aged youth, and their families” grant by the Substance <br />Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. <br /> <br />MOU ELLENSBURG SCHOOL DIST. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Commissioner Jewell’s <br />signature on the ESD/MOU as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded.
