COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MARCH 26, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Jewell presented the Board with the Ellensburg School
District Memorandum of Understanding. He explained that it calls for
his signature but that can be changed and if the County signs off on
the MOU it’s just two (Board of Health also) signatures that need to
be obtained of the 42 needed in support of an “enhancement and
expansion of treatment and recovery services for adolescents,
transitional aged youth, and their families” grant by the Substance
Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
MOU ELLENSBURG SCHOOL DIST. COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Commissioner Jewell’s
signature on the ESD/MOU as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz
seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
