COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. MARCH 19, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien. Excused Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Goeben,
I.T. Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD INFORMATION TECH.
Jim Goeben, I.T. Director requested the Board’s direction on how the
Board would like to give their approval of each department’s e-mail
organization plan. He stated there has been some confusion and
further discussion from his last I.T. Study Session where he was
under the impression the Board wanted to have each Records Manager
from each Department/Office present their plan. However recently he
has been hearing that may not be the case that there may be a
different route the Board would like to take.
Commissioner O’Brien and Chairman Osiadacz both expressed their
support for the Board to review the collection of all Email
Organization Plans at one meeting after the Records Management
Committee has reviewed and given feedback with each
Department/Records Manager who drafted it and then present it to
them if the Board has any questions.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
