REGULAR MEETING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM
MICROSOFT LICENSING
The board authorized Mr. Goeben to prepare a Microsoft Enterprise
Agreement for consideration in the 2019 budget process.
SMARTGOV
Mr. Goeben notified the board the EDEN server will be turned off
March 27 and erased July 1, and that Paladin said they expect
Laserfiche integration to be available by the end of March. The board
asked Mr. Goeben to draft a memo for the chair to sign directing
relevant departments to have the SMARTGOV public web interface online
by June 1.
LASERFICHE IMPLEMENTATION
Mr. Drain updated the board on current use of Laserfiche: 1.4M+
documents, 250+ workflows, 24 Import Agent profiles, 16 Quick Field
sessions, and 63 Forms.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR NEW STAFF
The board requested Mr. Goeben return with HR Director Lisa Young to
discuss tracking of required records management training.
