MARCH 12, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Judy Pless, <br />Budget & Finance Manager; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste <br />Director/Maintenance Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Maintenance Director/Project <br />Manager presented the Board with an Agreement for Chairs signature <br />between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) and Camtek Inc. She <br />stated that the Sheriff’s Office was going to pay for it out of <br />their budget but the Auditor’s Office asked that it come from the <br />Maintenance Budget. Ms. Johnson stated that there would be a budget <br />transfer coming forward soon from KCSO to Maintenance in the amount <br />of $18,108.28 plus tax. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CAMTEK INC - KCSO MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Chair Signature on the <br />Security Hardware/Software Maintenance & Support Fire Alarm Testing, <br />Clearing and Hardware Maintenanace and Support Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Camtek Inc., in the amount of <br />$18,108.28 plus tax, noting the funds would be coming from KCSO to <br />the Maintenance Department. Commissioner Jewell seconded.
