COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MARCH 12, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Judy Pless,
Budget & Finance Manager; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste
Director/Maintenance Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Maintenance Director/Project
Manager presented the Board with an Agreement for Chairs signature
between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) and Camtek Inc. She
stated that the Sheriff’s Office was going to pay for it out of
their budget but the Auditor’s Office asked that it come from the
Maintenance Budget. Ms. Johnson stated that there would be a budget
transfer coming forward soon from KCSO to Maintenance in the amount
of $18,108.28 plus tax.
AGREEMENT CAMTEK INC - KCSO MAINTENANCE
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Chair Signature on the
Security Hardware/Software Maintenance & Support Fire Alarm Testing,
Clearing and Hardware Maintenanace and Support Agreement between
Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Camtek Inc., in the amount of
$18,108.28 plus tax, noting the funds would be coming from KCSO to
the Maintenance Department. Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion
carried 3-0.
