2018-03-07 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONER’S AUDITORIUM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY 1:00 P.M. MARCH 7, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman, Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Paul <br />Jewell. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jill <br />Scheffer, Event Center Director; Ellensburg Rodeo Board Members: <br />Jerry Jensen & Dan Morgan and one member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING ERB - RESOLUTION EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />At 1:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to consider <br />a Resolution authorizing the Ellensburg Rodeo Association to <br />complete requested improvement projects. <br /> <br />Jerry Jensen, Ellensburg Rodeo Board (ERB) President presented a <br />drawing to show where the ERB was planning to add another score <br />board. He stated that the last meeting where the Resolution was <br />brought forward the outcome was asking the ERB to come in and show <br />where the Board will be and what it would look like. He stated if <br />this is approved they hope to have it completed by the end of the <br />year. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-046 SCORE BOARD – ERB EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution 2018-046, <br />authorizing the Ellensburg Rodeo Association to Complete Requested <br />Improvement Projects. Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
