MARCH 6, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien and Commissioner <br />Paul Jewell. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mike Flory, Building <br />Official; Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst and Dan Carlson, CDS Director. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AUDITOR <br /> <br />At 2:00 p.m. VICE-CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider the sale, disposal and removal of surplus property. <br /> <br />KAY KRESGE, FISCAL ANALYST reviewed a list of items being proposed <br />for sale, disposal and removal of surplus property. She noted Item <br />401V2 – a 1998 Chevy Pickup Truck should not be included on the <br />surplus list, as it was transferred to the Event Center. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-036 SURPLUS PROPERTY AUDITOR <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-036, and to <br />Amend Page 11 by removing Item 401V2 –a 1998 Chevy Pickup Truck from <br />the list. VICE-CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FEE SCHEDULE CDS <br /> <br />At 2:08 p.m. VICE-CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider the 2018 Community Development Services Department Fee <br />Schedule. <br /> <br />DAN CARLSON, CDS DIRECTOR reviewed a proposed Resolution to amend <br />the service fees by the Community Development Services Department <br />for Building and Land Use services. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-037 FEE SCHEDULE CDS <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-037, <br />Amending the Fees Charged by the Community Development Services
