Board members present: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner
Paul Jewell. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Maintenance Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Maintenance Director/Project
Manager presented the Board with a Resolution allowing Ms. Johnson
to sign the CWU Donor/Vendor Event Sponsor Agreement.
RESOLUTION 2018-035 CWU/EVENT SPONSOR DONOR SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Jewell moved to Approve Resolution No. 2018-035,
Resolution to sign CWU Donor/Vendor Event Sponsor Agreement.
Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
