SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 10:30 A.M. FEBRUARY 26, 2018
Board members present: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien and Commissioner Paul
Jewell. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer
and Rachael Lowatchie, Fiscal Tech. II.
SPECIAL MEETING UNCOLLECTIBLE TAXES TREASURER
Vice-Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to consider Resolutions
relating to uncollectible taxes.
Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer and Rachael Lowatchie, Fiscal Tech. II
provided information on draft Resolutions for the Board’s consideration.
RESOLUTION 2018-032 UNCOLLECTIBLE MOBILE HOME TAXES TREASURER
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-032, a
Resolution to Cancel Taxes Assessed Upon Mobile Home Taxes Pursuant to
RCW 84.56.240. Vice-Chairman O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
RESOLUTION 2018-033 UNCOLLECTIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES TREASURER
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-033, a
Resolution to Cancel Taxes Assessed Upon Personal Property Pursuant to
RCW 84.56.240. Vice-Chairman O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Mr. Wachsmith noted he was going to pull the last item on the Agenda
relating to the Treasurer’s Report to Support the List of Refunds Made
to Taxpayers During the Year 2017 and would bring it forward at a later
date for the Board’s consideration.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
