COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. FEBRUARY 5, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie
Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HR
Lisa Young, HR Director provided in advance the OSHA Form 300A. She
notified Staff she wouldn’t be able to attend the meeting due to
having 12 new employee orientations.
Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II stated that the form
was an annual one the Chair of the Board signs.
FORM OSHA 300A HR
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Chair signature on the 2017
OSHA 300A form as presented. Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion
carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m.
