COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:10 A.M. JANUARY 29, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Greg Zempel, Prosecutor
and Elishia Harvill, Office Administrator.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR
At 10:17 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Regular Meeting with the
Prosecutor’s office to consider an upgrade to a Case Management
System.
Greg Zempel, Prosecutor and Elishia Harvill, Office Administrator,
provided a copy of an Agreement and other materials with CourtView
Justice Solutions Inc. (d/b/a equivant) for an upgrade to their case
management system from Damion to JWorks. The funding has been
budgeted half in 2017 and the other half in 2018.
The Board asked for additional time to review the documents and
asked the Prosecutors office to place it on the next Agenda Session
for their consideration.
Meeting adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
