KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. JANUARY 29, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, Human
Resource Director; (via phone) Ken Harper & Kelly Konkright Risk
Pool Assigned Attorneys.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess
into an Executive Session with Lisa Young, Human Resource Director,
Ken Harper and Kelly Konkright, Risk Pool Assigned Attorneys, for 5
minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential
litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member
acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party,
when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result
in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No
action anticipated.
At 10:05 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 10:05 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 10:10 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action
was taken.
At 10:10 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess
