TUESDAY 11:00 A.M. JANUARY 23, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien; Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II.
SPECIAL MEETING LETTER RE: HB2756 COMMISSIONERS
At 11:01 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to consider
Board signature on a letter to the House Transportation Committee
relating to HB2756.
LETTER HB 2756 COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a letter
to the House Transportation Committee relating to HB 2756 a Pilot
Program to Provide Wheeled All-Terrain Vehicle Tourism Routes.
Commissioner Jewell seconded. He stated that he had previously
reviewed the letter with the Board during their Office Admin Meeting
and also shared it with the Public Lands Advisory Committee (PLAC),
noting that they are in support of it as well.
Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
