NOVEMBER 9, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti <br />Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Maintenance Director/Project Manager; <br />Kenn Triebelhorn, Principal with Architects Rasmussen Triebelhorn <br />(ART); Rhonda Gillogly, AIA President (ART); Nick Henderson, <br />Coroner; Barb Demory, Court Administrator; Jim Goeben, IT Director; <br />Robin Read, PH Administrator; Gene Dana, Sheriff; Mike Stafford, <br />Juvenile Court Administrator; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; <br />Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Val Barschaw, Clerk and one member of the <br />public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING COURTHOUSE NEEDS SW/MAINT./PROJECT <br /> <br />At 11:00 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting to follow up <br />on the Courthouse Space Needs Spreadsheet reviewed at a Special <br />Meeting held on 9-14-17 provided by Architects Rasmussen Triebelhorn <br />(ART). <br /> <br />Kenn Triebelhorn, Principal with (ART) reviewed handouts of the <br />Kittitas County Courthouse Pre-Design Study to allow for County <br />Staff to see what the layout proposed would look like. <br /> <br />There was discussion on the proposed departmental layout and what <br />seemed to be practical from the departments represented perspective. <br /> <br />Val Barschaw, Clerk stressed the importance of her office being <br />located next to the Courts as they work together daily. <br /> <br />Departments were directed to get any changes or concerns on the <br />draft proposal to Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Maintenance <br />Director/Project Manager and she would work with the Architect to <br />get them implemented prior to the Boards next review. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 12:00 p.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br />
