COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. NOVEMBER 6, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie
O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Lawrence,
Solid Waste Assistant Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Lisa Lawrence, SW Assistant Director presented the Board with 2
originals of a resubmittal of the State Waste Water Discharge Permit
Application. She stated DOE returned the previous one due to a typo
and this is correcting the typo.
APPLICATION STATE WASTE WATER DISCHARGE SOLID WASTE
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Chair signature on the
resubmittal of the State Waste discharge Permit to Discharge
Industrial Wastewater to Ground Water by Land Treatment of
Application. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
