COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. OCTOBER 16, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie
O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jerry Pettit,
Auditor; Lisa Young, HR Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
Lisa Young, HR Director presented the Board with a Memorandum of
Understanding between Kittitas County and AFSCME Local 792-CH for
Reclassification of Auditor’s Office Staff as well as a Professional
Services Agreement with Rite-Aid for Flu Shot Clinics.
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING HUMAN RESOURCES
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a MOU
between Kittitas County and AFSCME Local 792-CH for Reclassification
of Auditor’s Office Staff. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Chairman
Jewell thanked Mr. Pettit for all the work he did to bring a
complete package to the Board for consideration. Mr. Pettit thanked
HR Director Young for all of her work in getting this through the
process. Motion carried 3-0.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT HUMAN RESOURCES
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve and authorize Chair signature
on a Vaccine Administration Program Agreement between Kittitas
County and Rite Aid to bring in a Flu Shot Clinics for County
employees. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
