SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jill Scheffer, <br />Event Center Director and Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:32 p.m. Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 20 minutes to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:52 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:52 p.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:02 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
