09/18/2017 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie <br />O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Goeben, IT <br />Director; Jill Scheffer, KVEC Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD KVEC <br /> <br />Jill Scheffer, Event Center Director presented the Board with <br />information from Ungerboeck Software for review, including an <br />enterprise edition order form, Ungerboeck financials order form, and <br />a custom payment schedule. She stated that an RFP was done and <br />Ungerboeck was selected as the Event Venue Management Software as <br />they were best suited to fit the County Event Center needs. <br /> <br />She stated that this update is for the Board to understand where <br />they are at in the process and to see if there were any questions or <br />concerns that they could answer. She stated that Commissioner <br />Osiadacz and Jim Goeben, IT Director were on the Committee that <br />reviewed the RFP’s. <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell expressed a great deal of concern over the cost <br />associated with the software. <br /> <br />The Board asked for additional time to review the information and <br />encouraged Ms. Scheffer to review her budget and see where this <br />software could be funded from “if” the Board approved her moving <br />forward with Ungerboeck. They stated that they were running late and <br />had to get into their Agenda Study Session.
