REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. SEPTEMBER 11, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie
O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Goeben, IT
Director; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD I.T.
Jim Goeben, IT Director and Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor
provided up a follow-up on the social media use policy update that
was previously discussed during his last IT Study Session. There was
discussion over definition 14.4.5 – Posting.
POLICY SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY I.T.
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve the Policy Updates as
presented. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
