COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. SEPTEMBER 11, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Commissioner Obie
O’Brien & Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Sue
Higginbotham, Administrative Assistant III.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR
Sue Higginbotham, Administrative Assistant III requested on behalf
of Jerry Pettit, County Auditor to waive the fee at the Event Center
should they have to relocate their DOL User Group meeting. She
stated that they were originally set to use what is now the EOC. She
stated they are hopeful that things will have settled down by then
but in-case they do need to relocate, they are requesting a waiver
to the cost associated with using the Event Center should the EOC
still be operational on 9/26/2017. She stated that they talked to
Staff at the Event Center and the Manastash Room is an option for
them to use.
The Board approved the request “if” the EOC is still in operation
and it prohibits the DOL User Group meeting for taking place in the
original planned facility.
