CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
Janice Jump felt the Bower’s Field Airport should be a priority of the
County because of CWU’s flight program and there being a shortage of
pilots. She thought the bowling alley purchased by the County should be
demolished as it’s an old building. She also spoke of the Shady Acres
lawsuit filed against the County and how the statute dictates that the
tenants have 1 year to move and the County should not be subsidizing the
residents as the outlay is more than the income being received.
