AUGUST 7, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Commissioner Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Lucas Huck, County Engineer; Jill <br />Scheffer, Event Center Director and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 4, 2017. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that they would not post any Facebook posts for <br />the week of 8/7/2017. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COKE STAGE CLE ELUM ROUND UP COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell stated that the Board authorized the Cle Elum Round <br />Up to rent the Coke Stage at a Non-Profit rate. He stated that he <br />was thinking that decision would carry over but without Board action <br />it would not. Commissioner O’Brien stated that he would support <br />allowing the reduced rate for rental of the Coke Stage for the Cle <br />Elum Round Up. - Approved <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br />
