COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. JULY 24, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Tim Egan,
Assistant Maintenance Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE
Tim Egan, Assistant Maintenance Director indicated that the Permit
Center has not had the lock upgrade done and half of the equipment
for the upgrade has been purchased. He stated that the remaining
parts will cost approximately $5,000.00.
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Tim
Egan, Assistant Maintenance Director stated that she checked with
Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager and the funds are in the Permit
Center Reserve Fund. She stated that it is not in the Budget for
Maintenance.
Staff was directed to do a Budget Amendment.
Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
