JULY 10, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell and Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; Kay Kresge, Fiscal <br />Analyst; Steve Panattoni, Patrol Sergeant and Jerry Pettit, Auditor. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 10:34 a.m. CHAIRMAN JEWELL opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />declaring equipment surplus to the County needs. <br /> <br />MARK COOK, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR reviewed the equipment rental and <br />ER&R revolving fund equipment items that were surplus to the <br />County’s needs and requested the Board to authorize disposal of them <br />in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE IN ATTENANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-107 SURPLUS EQUIPMENT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2017-107, <br />Declaring Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Equipment Surplus to <br />the County’s Needs and Authorize Disposal in Accordance to RCW <br />36.34.080. CHAIRMAN JEWELL seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AUDITOR <br /> <br />At 10:37 a.m. CHAIRMAN JEWELL opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Surplus Property. <br />KAY KRESGE, FISCAL ANALYST reviewed a Staff Report and indicated <br />there were items which were no longer needed and requested the Board <br />to approve declaring them surplus. She noted the Kittitas <br />Reclamation District requested to participate in the sale for 6 of <br />their vehicles which they have done in the past. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
