JULY 03, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director stated that there was no longer a need to <br />discuss the first item on her Agenda (discuss positions funded <br />through State Contracts/Grants). <br /> <br />Ms. Young presented the Board with the Test Rental & Use Agreement <br />with CPS HR Consulting for Chair signature. She stated there were no <br />changes but to just allow for the County to continue the use of CPS <br />HR Consulting services. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CPS HR CONSULTING HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Chair signature on a Test <br />Rental & Use Agreement with CPS HR Consulting. Chairman Jewell <br />seconded.
