KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 1:30 P.M. JUNE 15, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager.
SPECIAL MEETING FULCRUM/PSA – KITTITAS CO. COMMISSIONERS
At 1:30 p.m. Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting to consider a
Professional Services Agreement with Fulcrum Environmental
Consulting.
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager
presented the Board with a Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and Fulcrum Environmental to provide inspections on
units at the Shady Brook Mobile Home Park (see Exhibit “A”).
AGREEMENT FULCRUM/KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a
Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Fulcrum
Environmental, noting the cost was not to exceed $1,450.00 per unit.
Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Chairman Jewell noted that there is
potential the list of units in Exhibit A may have to be amended.
Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
