COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 9:00 A.M. JUNE 8, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz, Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Peter Dykstra,
Appointed - Special Deputy Prosecutor and Bill Clarke, Appointed -
Special Deputy Prosecutor (by phone).
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 9:03 a.m. Chairman Paul Jewell opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 20
minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of
real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding
such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No
action was anticipated.
At 9:23 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 9:23 a.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 9:33 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 9:33 a.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 9:38 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 9:38 a.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.

action taken.
