KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 11:30 A.M. JUNE 07, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Mark Cook, Public Works
Director; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; and Debbie Myers, Board Clerk.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:38 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes to
discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating
to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which
the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official
capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge
regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 12:08 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 12:08 p.m. Chairman Jewell announced that he had a previous
appointment and had to leave , but the Board would recess back into
Executive Session for 15 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 12:23 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:23 p.m.
