KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 4:30 P.M. APRIL 12, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz, Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook, Public
Works Director.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 4:30 p.m. Chairman Paul Jewell opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15
minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of
real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding
such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price.
Potential action was anticipated.
At 4:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 4:45 p.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection of a
site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated.
At 4:50 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Instructions were given to Staff.
Meeting adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
