MARCH 13, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Clinton Van De <br />Venter, HHW Supervisor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Clinton Van De Venter, HHW Supervisor presented the Board with an <br />Application for a State Waste Discharge Permit to Discharge <br />Industrial Wastewater to Ground Water by Land Treatment or <br />Application. He stated this has to be done although the leachate <br />pond never discharges. <br /> <br />APPLICATION DOE-DISCHARGE WASTEWATER SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on an Application for a State Waste Discharge Permit to Discharge <br />Industrial Wastewater to Ground Water by Land Treatment of <br />Application. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
