Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz & Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Debbie Myers, BOE
Clerk.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD COMMISSIONERS
Debbie Myers, BOE Clerk presented the Board with a request from the
Board of Equalization (BOE) to convene to hear property tax appeals
outside of the July 15 and August 13 mandated days per RCW
84.48.010.
NOTICE BOARD OF EQUUALIZATION COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a Notice
of Approval to Hear Property Tax Appeals Kittitas County Legislative
Authority Form. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
