COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. FEBRUARY 27, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz. Excused - Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Robin Raap,
Administrative Assistant.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR
Robin Raap, Administrative Assistant presented the Board with a
Lease Agreement between Kittitas County and Pinnel/Xerox State or
Local Government Negotiated Contract: 072712700. She stated that
there’s been a lot of issues and Pinnel happened to come by and
provided them some options that would cost less than they currently
spend a month. She also indicated that the maintenance cost will be
less.
Chairman Jewell stated that the hard drive/disc had to be wiped
before the machine leaves.
LEASE PINNEL/XEROX PROSECUTOR
Commissioner Osiadacz authorized Chair’s signature on the Lease
Agreement, as presented. Chairman Jewell seconded. Motion carried 2-
0.
