Excused: Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Doc Hansen, Planning <br />Official; and 3 members of the public. <br />SPECIAL MEETING SET PUBLIC HEARING CDS <br />At 12:00 p.m. Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting to <br />consider setting a Public Hearing to consider a 6 month <br />moratorium on applications for proposed major alternative energy <br />systems until an update on the Comprehensive Plan is approved. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING 6 MONTH MORATORIUM CDS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to Set a Public Hearing to consider <br />issuing a Six (6) Month Moratorium on Applications for Proposed <br />Major Alternative Energy Systems until an update on the <br />Comprehensive Plan is approved, to be held on Thursday March 9, <br />2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Auditorium, Room 109, <br />Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA <br />98926. Chairman Jewell seconded.
