COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />TUESDAY 8:30 AM OCTOBER 21, 2014 <br />Board members present: Board members present: Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; Vice-Chairman Gary Berndt and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager <br />SPECIAL MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />2015 General Fund Preliminary Budget <br />Judy Pless presented the 2015 General Fund Preliminary budget to <br />the Board. The General Fund preliminary budget figures are <br />presented as: <br />General Fund Preliminary Budget <br />2015 Preliminary Revenues -18,623,568 <br />2015 Preliminary Expenditures 23,173,131 <br />As of October 20, 2014 out of balance -4,549,563 <br />The above figures do not include any fund balance amounts. <br />The above figures include a 2% salary increase for Exempt and <br />Non-Exempt.
