SPECIAL MEETING COMMISSIONERS
2015 General Fund Preliminary Budget
Judy Pless presented the 2015 General Fund Preliminary budget to
the Board. The General Fund preliminary budget figures are
presented as:

2015 Preliminary Revenues -18,623,568
2015 Preliminary Expenditures 23,173,131
As of October 20, 2014 out of balance -4,549,563
The above figures do not include any fund balance amounts.
The above figures include a 2% salary increase for Exempt and
Non-Exempt. The medical premiums are included at $700 per month
per 100% FTE.
Pless presented fiscal notes for the 2015 General Fund
Preliminary Budget for the revenues and expenditures by
department showing the 2013 actual; 2014 budget and Year to Date
figures through September 2014; the 2015 Preliminary Budget
request and 2015 Preliminary supplemental requests.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 am.
