REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. FEBRUARY 6, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless,
Budget and Finance Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR
Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Director presented the Board with the
Department of Commerce Grantee Closeout Performance Report for
Community Development Block Grant Contract No. 15-62210-008.
Commissioner O’Brien stated that he would be recusing himself from
the discussion or any potential action.
GRANT CDBG 15-62210-008 AUDITOR
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Chairman Paul Jewell’s
signature on the Dept. of Commerce CDBG Contract No. 15-62210-00,
noting the project period from 1/1/2015 – 6/30/2016. Chairman Jewell
seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
