JANUARY 30, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Marsha Weyand, <br />Assessor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD ASSESSOR <br /> <br />Marsha Weyand, Assessor gave a brief update on the value loss to the <br />County from the recent Board of Tax Appeals (BTA) decision. She <br />explained that the outcome was in Suncadia’s favor. She provided <br />options and requested direction from the Board. <br /> <br />The Board authorized Ms. Weyand to pursue action. She thanked them <br />for their support and stated that although she won’t be here to see <br />it through, however she feels it’s the right move. <br /> <br />Ms. Weyand also informed the BoCC that the current BOE Appeal from <br />Suncadia missed the deadline.
