REGULAR MEETING
HR STUDY SESSION
TUESDAY 10:00 AM APRIL 12, 2016
Board members present: Obie O’Brien, Paul Jewell
Others: Lisa Young, Patti Johnson
1) Call to Order – 10:02 AM
2) Staffing Discussion and/or Requests
Maintenance Tech/Specialist – SW/MA Director Johnson notified the
Board that she and HR had completed the job description for the
jail maintenance position and asked for approval to post. The
Board approved.
SW Operator – SW/MA Director Johnson asked for approval to post
for SW Operator. The Board approved.
KVEC Seasonal Staff – pulled from the agenda.
3) Other Business – Commissioner Jewell shared his ideas for the Wage
Survey, including how the wage survey would be applied and the
proposed implementation timeline. The Board agreed with moving the
project forward.
4) Adjourn – 11:00 AM
