REGULAR MEETING

REGULAR MEETING COMMISSIONERS
1) Call to Order – 10:05 AM
2) Staffing Discussion
Facilities Maintenance Director – HR Director Young let
the Board know she would be looking for input regarding
edits they would like to see on the job description. She
will provide a draft to each BOCC member and gather their
ideas, then create a final job description in preparation
to post.
3) HR Updates – Director Young did not have any specific
project updates at this time.
4) Other Business – Director Young reported that she would be
working on some policy updates to bring to the Board for
consideration; she also told the Board that HR had been
asked to create employee ID cards for the City of Kittitas.
She would bring an agreement to the Board at a Monday
morning meeting.
5) Adjourn – 10:35 AM
