COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />TUESDAY 10:00 AM SEPTEMBER 9, 2014 <br />Board members present: Gary Berndt, Obie O’Brien <br /> <br />Others: Lisa Young <br />REGULAR MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />1) Call to Order – 10:05 AM <br /> <br />2) Staffing Discussion <br /> <br /> Facilities Maintenance Director – HR Director Young let <br />the Board know she would be looking for input regarding <br />edits they would like to see on the job description. She <br />will provide a draft to each BOCC member and gather their <br />ideas, then create a final job description in preparation <br />to post. <br /> <br />3) HR Updates – Director Young did not have any specific <br />project updates at this time. <br /> <br />4) Other Business – Director Young reported that she would be <br />working on some policy updates to bring to the Board for <br />consideration; she also told the Board that HR had been <br />asked to create employee ID cards for the City of Kittitas. <br />She would bring an agreement to the Board at a Monday <br />morning meeting. <br /> <br />5) Adjourn – 10:35 AM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Lisa Young Paul Jewell, Chairman <br />
