COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM
SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 10:00 A.M. DECEMBER 22, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Julie Kjorsvik,
Clerk of the Board; Jim Goeben, IT Director; Jacob Schroeder, Legal
Secretary II; Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager and one member
of the public.
SPECIAL MEETING AVCAPTUREALL COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to be
trained on the County’s new AV Software.
Jim Goeben, IT Director provided handouts that showed step by step
directions for Staff to successfully use the AV Capture All program.
Mr. Goeben highlighted areas that were partially helpful or
important in order to successfully stream meetings.
Commissioner Jewell moved to suspend the use of the software until
the public comment posting issue is fixed. Commissioner Osiadacz
seconded. Commissioner Osiadacz asked that the BoCC be informed of
the date that the problem will be fixed so they can send an updated
notice out of the new anticipated start date for streaming meetings.
Chairman O’Brien indicated that he and Clerk of the Board Julie
Kjorsvik will send out a Press Release. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
