<br />12/22/2016 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />THURSDAY 10:00 A.M. DECEMBER 22, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Jim Goeben, IT Director; Jacob Schroeder, Legal <br />Secretary II; Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager and one member <br />of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING AVCAPTUREALL COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to be <br />trained on the County’s new AV Software. <br /> <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director provided handouts that showed step by step <br />directions for Staff to successfully use the AV Capture All program. <br />Mr. Goeben highlighted areas that were partially helpful or <br />important in order to successfully stream meetings. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to suspend the use of the software until <br />the public comment posting issue is fixed. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Commissioner Osiadacz asked that the BoCC be informed of <br />the date that the problem will be fixed so they can send an updated <br />notice out of the new anticipated start date for streaming meetings. <br />Chairman O’Brien indicated that he and Clerk of the Board Julie <br />Kjorsvik will send out a Press Release.
