Excused: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Jerry Pettit, <br />Auditor and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD CDS <br /> <br />The Board chose to set a Special Meeting to discuss and give <br />direction from the Commissioners regarding the KCCOG decision on the <br />population allocation for use in updating Comprehensive Plans.
