DECEMBER 5, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Commissioner Paul <br />Jewell and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; <br />Robin Read, Public Health Administrator; Jeff Watson, Staff <br />Planner; Cheryl Burrows, EMS Coordinator; Paula Hoctor, <br />Corrections Commander; Jerry Pettit, Auditor; Lucas Huck, <br />Engineer; Doc Hansen, Planning Official; and 2 members of the <br />public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING AGENDA STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:30 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Regular Meeting to <br />review items scheduled for the December 6, 2016 Agenda Session. <br />The Board of County Commissioners asked questions and received <br />reports from Staff on each Agenda item. <br /> <br />Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess into an <br />Executive Session at the conclusion of the Agenda Study Session <br />relating to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />on matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss <br />with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or <br />a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to <br />become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion <br />is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence <br />to the agency. <br /> <br />At 11:20 a.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session with Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor, <br />for 15 minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the <br />agency on matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or <br />a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to <br />become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion <br />is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence <br />to the agency. Possible action following the Executive Session. <br />
