NOVEMBER 15, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell and Commissioner Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Kaitlyn Reddick, Fiscal <br />Analyst; Joann Schaan, DD Program Coordinator; Lucas Huck, Engineer; <br />Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; Doc <br />Hanson, Planning Official; Lisa Murray, Administrative Assistant; Mark <br />Cook, Public Works Director; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; and 5 <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION NOT IN OUR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation to actively work <br />to make Kittitas County as safe place, free of discrimination and hatred <br />of any kind, and to promote a climate of safety, inclusion, and <br />acceptance in our community. Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS – NONE <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell noted Consent Item C had been removed from the <br />Agenda. Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Agenda, as amended. <br />Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />
