COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. NOVEMBER 14, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Andrew Drain,
Application Development Manager; Calvin Lee, Service Desk
Specialist.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD INFO. TECH
Andrew Drain, Application Development Manager provided the BoCC an
example of what the cable cord will look like that will be used for
the video installation for the BoCC to live stream the Commissioners
Agenda and Public Hearings. They questioned how the BoCC would like
it hung up, because as is it would be visible and not very nice
looking.
There was discussion on ways to conceal the cable and try to make it
look not so unattractive.
The Board gave approval to move forward and to get the molding to
conceal the cable wires.
