Commissioner Jewell asked that Mark contact the City of Ellensburg and City of Cle Elum to see if they want <br />to sit in. Commissioner Jewell also suggested contacting the Home Builders Association, Farm Bureau, and Department of <br />Fish and Wildlife. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Manastash Bridge Replacement Proiect Update: <br />Mark gave an update on the project. See attached report. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Patrick Avenue Improvements- City ofKittttas: <br />Mark gave an update on the project. See attached report. There was a brief discussion on reimbursement issues. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Federal Aviation Administration Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Policy: <br />Mark presented a staff report to the Board. See attached. Mark stated he will have the document to the Board for action by <br />noon on Thursday. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Public Facility Funding Award(s): <br />Mark presented a staff report to the Board. See attached. Mark stated Public Works is preparing for recipients of the awards. <br />Commissioner Jewell asked for clarification on Section I (A) and (C). Mark clarified. <br />Board Direction: Take to next agenda session for recommendation. <br />Other Business: Floodplain Permitting: <br />Mark stated he has talked to Jacob's Engineering and it is not a resource that will work for the County. Mark stated he has <br />contacted a group out of Yakima to get on the "small contract roster." Commissioner Jewell asked for a timeline on the No. 6 <br />Road Improvements.
