KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM
SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. SEPTEMBER 20, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Marsha Weyand, Assessor;
Anna Lael, Kittitas County Conservation District; and Christopher
Horner, Deputy Prosecutor.
PUBLIC HEARING CONSERVATION DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS
Following the Agenda Session, at 11:28 a.m. CHAIRMAN O’BRIEN opened
a continued Public Hearing to consider the Kittitas County
Conservations Districts proposed system of rates and charges. He
noted the record was closed.
ANNA LAEL, KITTITAS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT DIRECTOR provided
an update and stated Deputy Prosecutor Horner had prepared a draft
Resolution and Interlocal Agreement for the Board’s consideration.
RESOLUTION 2016-116 CONSERVATION DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS
COMMISSIONER JEWELL moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-116,
Approving Revenues to the Kittitas County Conservation District by
Fixing Rates and Charges and Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement
with the Kittitas County Conservation District. COMMISSIONER
OSIADACZ seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned 11:32 a.m.
