COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. SEPTEMBER 19, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Robin Raap,
Administrative Assistant (PA); Lisa Young, HR Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR
Robin Raap, Administrative Assistant requested permission to hire a
temporary Receptionist position. She explained that their current
Receptionist is out on leave and at this time they don’t know when
exactly she will return as the nature of her leave is for a
significant health matter. She provided a position cost summary and
a Budget Amendment for consideration.
The Board questioned funding source and whether they had previously
authorized funding for an additional position. The BoCC asked Ms.
Raap to work with HR on the specific details and comeback to the
Board once she has additional information.
Meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m.
