Risk Pool Attorneys by phone: Kelly Konkright & Ken <br />Harper. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:35 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 20 minutes to <br />discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating <br />to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:55 p.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action <br />taken. <br /> <br />At 3:55 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 4:05 p.m. the Board reconvened from Executive Session. No action <br />taken. <br /> <br />At 4:05 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
