SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 1:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 7, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Julie Kjorsvik,
Clerk of the Board; Bill Davis, System Administrator; Doug Fessler,
Network Administrator; Tyler Tushkov, Service Desk Specialist; Jim
Goeben, IT Director and Price Harmon, AVCaptureAll.
SPECIAL MEETING AVCAPTUREALL COMMISSIONERS
At 1:00 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a special meeting to receive a
presentation from Price Harmon with AVCaptureAll.
Price Harmon, a representative from AVCaptureAll reviewed the Audio
Visual services and features offered by AVCaptureAll. He provided
“live” examples of how the program works and answered questions from
the BoCC and County Staff. He encouraged the County to contact him
if they had any questions on the software system or if they would
like additional demonstrations.
Meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
