SEPTEMBER 7, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Bill Davis, System Administrator; Doug Fessler, <br />Network Administrator; Tyler Tushkov, Service Desk Specialist; Jim <br />Goeben, IT Director and Price Harmon, AVCaptureAll. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING AVCAPTUREALL COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:00 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a special meeting to receive a <br />presentation from Price Harmon with AVCaptureAll. <br /> <br />Price Harmon, a representative from AVCaptureAll reviewed the Audio <br />Visual services and features offered by AVCaptureAll. He provided <br />“live” examples of how the program works and answered questions from <br />the BoCC and County Staff.
