SEPTEMBER 1, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman <br />Paul Jewell and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and numerous members <br />of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING WILMA PRATT DAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 12:00 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to <br />consider a Proclamation. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION WILMA PRATT DAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Proclamation for Wilma <br />Pratt Day in Kittitas County on September 1, 2016, in honor of <br />40 years of dedication to the citizens of Kittitas County <br />through service on the Kittitas County Fair Board. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz seconded.
