MONDAY 9:40 A.M. AUGUST 29, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner Laura
Osiadacz. Excused: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, Budget &
Finance Manager; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Mickey Webb,
Event Center Director and 1 member of the public.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR
Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor provided a draft Resolution for the
Boards consideration declaring official intent regarding expenditure
for the purchase of Shady Acres Mobile Home Park.
RESOLUTION 2016-110 SHADY ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK PROSECUTOR
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-110,
Declaring Official Intent Regarding Expenditure for the Purchase of
Shady Acres Mobile Home Park and to Authorize the Chair to sign
Closing Documents. Chairman O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:42 a.m.
