KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
MONDAY 4:00 P.M. AUGUST 1, 2016
Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul
Jewell. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook,
Public Works Director and Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 4:06 p.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes to
consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for
sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration
would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action
selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open
to the public. Action anticipated.
At 4:36 p.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action
was taken.
At 4:36 p.m. Chairman O’Brien announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the minimum price
at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public
knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of
decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public
property shall be taking in a meeting open to the public. There was
no action anticipated.
At 4:51 p.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. Staff was
directed to continue negotiations.
Meeting adjourned at 4:51 a.m.
